We know that change is necessary, yet we dread change. In fact, often times we run from it. Change doesn't have to be scary, it all depends on how we look at it. Sometimes we can make small changes that will alleviate stress and keep us moving forward positively. Change can also provide us with the healing we've been looking for all this time.
